We have in depth knowledge of the requirements of the Law Society under the Solicitors Accounts Rules, and can provide precise advice regarding the manner in which the clients monies must be dealt with, including the installation and provision of suitable computer software, training in the use of such software, and provision of regular reviews to ensure that the Solicitors Accounts Rules are being correctly observed. We also prepare Solicitors Accounts Rules certification on behalf of legal clients.
We provide detailed accountancy and taxation advice, which includes benchmarking of legal practices and tax planning and mitigation advice which inevitably leads to improved profitability.
In addition to provision of accounting and taxation services to legal practices, our managing partner Tony Coates is a member of the Expert Witness Institute and undertakes a considerable amount of litigation support work. Tony has undertaken this type of work for some 20 years and has trained as a Single Joint Expert as well as having considerable experience of presentation in court. Tonys areas of expertise cover forensic accounting, fraud, matrimonial matters and loss of earnings and profits resulting from personal injury.
